Specific services may be governed by additional terms or agreements which will be provided at the point of service.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Services. By using the Services you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant Service in the 12 months prior to the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is lower.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinity Corporation, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
